Comprehensive Cross-Border Guidance: India & Canadian Healthcare

Prescription medication importation into India by courier is governed by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and CDSCO regulations. Personal importation requires specific Form 12A/12B clearance from the port drug control authorities. Non-controlled medications cannot be routinely mailed direct-to-consumer without port clearance. Indian citizens residing in or visiting Vancouver can access prescription deliveries across BC.
